It Starts With Us - Colleen Hoover *faints*

Synopsis: Lily and her ex-husband, Ryle, have just settled into a civil coparenting rhythm when she suddenly bumps into her first love, Atlas, again. After nearly two years separated, she is elated that for once, time is on their side, and she immediately says yes when Atlas asks her on a date.

But her excitement is quickly hampered by the knowledge that, though they are no longer married, Ryle is still very much a part of her life—and Atlas Corrigan is the one man he will hate being in his ex-wife and daughter’s life. (Goodreads)

Should I say i'm excited for the sequel? Honestly, I don't know!! I didn't enjoy It Ends With Us as much as I thought but, I'm a sucker for first loves! Well, not that I had one, maybe a little heartbreaking crush but that was it, but, but... compared to Ryle Kincaid (I don't hate him but from the moment he appeared I didn't feel any attraction to him!), Atlas Corrigan is just chefs kiss*. I admit i'm 100% biased when it comes to Atlas and not because he's handsome and blah blah blah, because I have to admit, Ryle is hotter than Atlas.

For me one of the main reason that I love Atlas is he didn't say, 'I told you so', to Lily when Lily called for Atlas after a very fateful, life changing night for her, when Atlas clearly suspected that Ryle was abusive. Usually in our lives, when we say something against, for an example, I told one of my ex-friends (well she blocked me on every social media she could find but not that I hate her) not to date a specific guy, she went and dated him and created a whole drama, I wanted to say I told you so, because I clearly told her. Can't remember whether I said it or not, but Atlas, he didn't say anything and instead without a single thought he took care of Lily. It's hard to find that kind of a guy, well not that hard if you become a fictional character yourself *shrugs*.

So the point is, if I get money to buy another set of books, there's a high possibility that I would buy It Starts With Us, just to read how Atlas and Lily's relationship develops. But honestly, I just can't not love Atlas, he's just absolutely good, can't say perfect because no one's perfect but he's the absolute best out there!!

But I hope there are less spicey scenes because i don't like to read spice and lots of scenes means the author mainly focus on that, like c'mon, people can have a proper, heartwarming, butterflies giving relationship even without any spice scenes.

"You can stop swimming now, Lily. We finally reached the shore." *faints dramatically*
